These Website Terms and SMS Terms ("Terms") govern your use of www.megamumsolutions.net and any MegaMum Solutions LLC text-messaging program. They do not replace a signed dispatch-services agreement, limited power of attorney, payment authorization, or other client document. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms on a paid service, the signed agreement controls for that service.
MEGAMUM SOLUTION
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing the website, submitting a form, or using an interactive feature, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie and Website Data Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to act for yourself or the business you identify.
2. Website Information
The website describes MegaMum, its service packages, and general dispatch-support capabilities. Website content is provided for general information and may change. It is not a load offer, transportation contract, rate confirmation, guarantee of service, legal advice, tax advice, safety advice, or promise of revenue. A service relationship begins only when MegaMum and the carrier sign the required agreement and MegaMum accepts the onboarding.
3. Service Packages and Fees
Package descriptions, features, availability, onboarding charges, and other information shown on the website may be revised. Any fee, scope, billing schedule, refund term, termination right, or service commitment is governed by the signed client agreement and related payment documents, not by a website summary. MegaMum may decline or postpone onboarding when required information, authorization, insurance, authority, payment arrangements, or system access is incomplete.
4. Information and Documents You Submit
You represent that information and documents you submit are accurate, current, lawfully obtained, and provided with authority. You must promptly correct material changes, including changes to operating authority, insurance, drivers, equipment, payment information, telephone number, or business ownership. Do not submit malware, false documents, another person's credentials, or sensitive information through an unsecured form.
You grant MegaMum permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate onboarding, provide authorized services, protect the business, and comply with law, subject to the Privacy Policy and any signed agreement.
5. Acceptable Website Use
You may not:
Use the website for fraud, cargo theft, double brokering, unauthorized brokerage, identity theft, harassment, unlawful solicitation, or any other illegal purpose.
Impersonate a carrier, driver, broker, shipper, MegaMum representative, or another person, or misrepresent your authority or affiliation.
Interfere with website security or operation; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; probe or scan systems without written permission; or bypass access controls.
Copy, scrape, harvest, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content or contact information except with written permission or as allowed by law.
Use automated tools in a way that burdens the website, evades restrictions, or violates another party's rights.
We may restrict or block website access when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, security, or another person's rights are at risk.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, text, graphics, logos, service names, photographs, videos, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to MegaMum and are protected by intellectual-property laws. MegaMum grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to view and use the website for your own legitimate business inquiry. No ownership rights are transferred. MegaMum Solutions, its logo, and related branding may not be used without written permission.
7. Third Party Services and Links
The website may link to third-party sites or services, including load boards, brokers, payment processors, communication tools, maps, social media, and document platforms. MegaMum does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy, availability, security, decisions, or performance. A link does not mean MegaMum endorses or guarantees the third party.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as available and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, availability, accuracy, or security. MegaMum does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful code, or suitable for every user's needs.
The separate Dispatch Service Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms. It explains MegaMum's role and the carrier's continuing control and legal responsibilities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaMum and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or business interruption arising from website use, inability to use the website, third-party services, or reliance on general website content. Any liability connected with paid dispatch services is governed by the signed client agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MegaMum and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful website use, false or unauthorized submissions, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not require indemnification for MegaMum's own conduct where prohibited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie and Website Data Policy explains website cookies, analytics, and related choices. By using the website, you acknowledge those disclosures.
12. SMS Program Terms
Consent and Enrollment
If you affirmatively opt in, you authorize MegaMum Solutions LLC to send conversational, informational, and promotional SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide, including through automated technology where used. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving dispatch services. The website checkbox must be selected by you and is not selected by default. You may also opt in through another documented written method.
Message Types
Messages may concern an inquiry, requested callback, onboarding status, appointment or reminder, requested document, account or dispatch-service update, customer support, service announcement, or MegaMum offer. SMS should not be relied on as the only channel for an emergency, safety-critical instruction, or time-sensitive load decision.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your relationship and activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. MegaMum does not charge a separate fee for receiving its texts. Your carrier's terms control its charges.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any MegaMum message to opt out. We also recognize reasonable requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop texts, including requests made to info@megamumsolutions.biz or 833-442-3123. After an opt-out, we may send one nonmarketing message confirming the request. We will stop additional covered texts within the time required by law. Opting out of SMS does not prevent communications through email or telephone when otherwise permitted, and it does not cancel a service agreement. You may enroll again through a new affirmative opt-in.

Delivery and Mobile Number Responsibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network, device, platform, or carrier limitations. By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number. Notify MegaMum and opt out before transferring or discontinuing the number.
Mobile Data Privacy
No mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or text-message consent will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to operate the SMS program, manage consent, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
13. Changes and Website Availability
We may update the website or these Terms, suspend a feature, or correct content at any time. Revised Terms will show a new effective date. Continued website use after posting means the revised Terms apply to later use. When law requires additional notice or consent for a material SMS change, we will provide it before the change applies.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or a nonwaivable law of another jurisdiction applies. Before filing a website-related claim, please send a written description to info@megamumsolutions.biz so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. Unless a signed service agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires another forum, proceedings concerning these Terms will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Natrona County, Wyoming.
15. General Terms
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without MegaMum's written consent. Headings are for organization only. These Terms, the incorporated policies, and any applicable signed agreement form the complete agreement for their respective subjects.
